Over the Kinus Hashluchos, Chabad Early Childhood of the Shluchim Office hosted a beautiful breakfast with three dynamic sessions for preschool directors on Shlichus.
Chabad Early Childhood is the international network serving Chabad preschools on Shlichus. The annual event during the Kinus weekend is a highlight for these Shluchos to discuss relevant issues and gain practical guidance and inspiration.
Keynote speaker, Mrs. Perl Stroh, director of Chabad Early Learning of the Upper West Side shared inspirational stories that highlighted the importance of bringing Yiddishkeit to each Jewish Neshama. She also shared great ideas to reinforce Jewish values in the classroom and ways to create a strong Jewish foundation for early childhood students.
Director of Development and Staff Coach Mrs. Chaya Shaprio discussed cultivating a harmonious and connected staff community, giving practical tips and fun activities that create a warm and connected environment where staff feel appreciated and love working as a team.
Ending off the day, panelists Mrs. Nina Naparstek, Mrs. Esty Marcus, Mrs. Mushky Glitzenstein, Mrs. Shaindel Shapiro and Mrs. Dena Schusterman answered a variety of questions and guided Shluchos in the struggles that come up, giving over the message of Achdus, Chayus and inspiration.
“Meeting the directors in person and gaining inspiration together was so meaningful and uplifting.” said Mrs. Rivky Baitelman, Chabad Early Childhood director. “I look forward to seeing everyone again at our upcoming recharge retreat this March”
