Shluchim from across Oregon, some driving for over an hour, gathered together at the Chabad Center for Jewish Life in Salem, for an event they were so inspired by, that they promised to repeat it.
In honor of Yud Shevat, the Rebbe’s shluchim of the state of Oregon gathered to watch together a full farbrengen of the Rebbe.
Numerous shluchim drove in over an hour to participate in this special Hakhel, which took place at the Chabad Center for Jewish Life in Salem. Participating shluchim arrived from throughout Portland, Gresham, Eugene and Vancouver, Washington.
One of the shluchim shared how special he found the experience, saying he felt like he was at Har Sinai witnessing Matan Torah.
In wake of the inspiration felt from the farbrengen, the shluchim plan on continuing this trend and to watch together a full farbrengen of the Rebbe before future upcoming yemei d’pagrah.
