With a lot of hard work, creativity, and imagination, a small group of Talmidim at YTTL Montreal succeeded in bringing Yud Tes Kislev to life through a special exhibit.

The project started off small but quickly grew in scale as the boys got to work, determined to create something memorable and engaging for the entire school. They made several trips to local stores and spent many hours building, painting, and decorating. It took three full weeks to complete but the results were well worth the effort. The boys managed to recreate 3 different scenes from the Alter Rebbe’s arrest and liberation.

On Yud Tes and Chof Kislev, over 300 students visited the exhibit and enjoyed a short, dramatic play that included special lighting and effects.

A big yasher koach to Rabbi Levi Berger, vice principal, for leading this project and to the Mockin family for sponsoring the trip to Reno Depot. And of course a shout-out to all the boys involved: Tmimim Zalman Perlstein, Eli Banon, Yosef Elfassy, Mendel Golowinski, Mendel Brod, Yisroel Yemini, Yisroel Mockin, Amichai Hadad, Yossel Rabin, Choni Lesches, Eli Silberstein, Aizik Russ, and Yisroel Rodal.
