Sefer Torah Concluded at 770 in Memory of Young Baby

A new Sefer Torah was concluded in 770 on Thursday, memorializing a young baby from a Israeli Lubavitcher family. After being read from a number of times, the Torah will be transferred to the Chabad House of Beit She’an.
