The Chabad community of Hallandale Beach gathered Sunday night for a farbrengen celebrating Chai Elul with Rabbi Sholom Mordechai Rubashkin.
The farbrengen was held at Congregation Levi Yitzchok-Lubavitch/Chabad of South Broward in celebration of Chai Elul, the birthday of the Baal Shem Tov and the Alter Rebbe.
