On Wednesday morning, Hezbollah terrorists in Lebanon fired two barrages of rockets toward central Eretz Yisroel, setting off blaring sirens in several cities including Tel Aviv.

This barrage was the largest to date aimed at central Israel with at least 10 rockets counted in the first barrage with Ben-Gurion Airport temporarily halting its flights during the attack.

One rocket landed within the grounds of Ben-Gurion Airport, with fragments of shrapnel scattering over the area. El-AL reported that there was no damage to any of their aircraft.

The Israel Airport Authority announced shortly after the incident on its website “that Ben Gurion airport is working as planned including departures and landings.” Israel’s Magen David Adom emergency response group said it did not receive any reports of casualties following the Hezbollah attack.

In Kfar Chabad, sirens sent residents and students scrambling for shelter. While some shrapnel landed there, there were BH no injuries or damages.
