The 20th annual regional kinus hashluchim of shluchim of Beth Lubavitch in Paris, under the direction of Rabbi Mendel Azimov, got underway today.

Merkos Vice Chairman Rabbi Moshe Kotlarsky arrived directly from Istanbul and the regional kinus there. Special Guest Rabbi Yisroel Deren, head shliach to Western Massachusetts, is this year’s featured speaker.

A special teshurah, featuring a collection of sichos and igros regarding the importance of signing up children to attend a proper Jewish camp, was distributed to the shluchim.
