Rebuilding of “der groiser zal,” the large yeshiva study hall of the original Tomchei Temimim in Lubavitch is nearly complete. A grand unveiling and Hakhel are scheduled for later this year.
The grand Hakhel event for all Bocurim of Russia is scheduled to take place on 15 Elul, the day the Rebbe Rashab established Tochei Temimim. The restoration unveiling is set for Chai Elul, the first day of studies in the new Yeshiva.
The restoration of the zal, as well as the building of new guest houses and the restoration of many holy sites in Lubavitch, is being overseen by shliach Rabbi Gavriel Gordon.
