In the period leading up to the Gulf War, a certain individual spoke harsh remarks about the Jewish people, and for the next several weeks the Rebbe reacted sharply and explained at length the denial of these words.
A significant portion of this Sicha discuses the virtues of the Jewish people, and negating any negative speech about them.
