Rebbeim’s Ohel in Lubavitch Undergoes Renovation

The Ohel of the Rebbeim in Lubavitch, housing both the Tzemach Tzedek and the Rebbe Maharash, has been gracefully renovated, thanks to a gift by philanthropists Yossi and Batsheva Popack.

Work to fix the Ohel of the Tzemach Tzedek and Rebbe Maharash has been completed in time for the Tzemach Tzedek’s yahrtzeit on Yud Gimmel Nissan.

All of the restoration projects relating to cemeteries, Ohels, and the Shul near the Ohel in Lubavitch are fully sponsored by the noted philanthropists Yossi and Batsheva Popack.

The Rabbinic Committee responsible for Lubavitch’s holy sites supervised the project. It was initiated and directed by Rabbi Gavriel Gordon, executed with the support of Geder Avos Jewish Heritage Group, and spurred by Rabbi Menachem Mendel Levin.
