Rabbi Yosef Yitzchok Sossonko, son of the famed chossid Reb Asher Sossonko, and longtime mashpia of the Chabad community in Miami Beach, Florida, passed away on Shabbos.

Rabbi Yosef Yitzchok Sossonko, son of the famed chossid Reb Asher Sossonko, and longtime mashpia of the Chabad community in Miami Beach, Florida, passed away on Shabbos, 29 Nissan, 5782.

He was 64 years old.

He is survived by his wife Mrs. Batsheva Sossonko, principal of Lubavitch Educational Center, their children, Rabbi Menachem Mendel Sossonko – Miami Beach, Florida; Mrs Chana Altein – shlucha to Sunny Isles, Florida; Rabbi Nochum Sossonko – Walnut Creek, Florida; – Rabbi Asher Sossonko – shliach to Miami Shores, Florida; and Rabbi Moshe Chaim Sossonko – Miami Beach, Florida; and grandchildren.

He is also survived by his sister Mrs. Rochel Dunin from Taanach, Israel.

The levaya will take place on Sunday, 30 Nissan, starting at Shomrei Hadas at 1:00 PM, passing by 770 at 2:00 PM and at Bais Hachaim -at 3:00 PM.

Shiva in Crown Heights will be on Sunday, 5:30-7:30 pm at 1219 President St.

Shiva from Monday and on will be in Miami Beach.

Shiva in Miami Beach will be at:
1207 Lenox Avenue Miami Beach FL 33139.

Please allow the aveilim the following break times:
12:00-2:00pm. 4:00-6:00pm.
