Rabbi Yitzchok Marton, director of Chesed Menachem Mendel, the Widows and Orphans Program of Colel Chabad, who touched countless lives with his selfless dedication and boundless compassion, passed away on Shabbos, 11 Av, 5783.
He was 48 years old and passed away after a valiant battle with cancer.
Yitzchok was the very heartbeat of Chesed Menachem Mendel, the Widows and Orphans Program of Colel Chabad, a project he directed with unwavering commitment.
Through Chesed Menachem Mendel, Yitzchok’s remarkable spirit brought solace and hope to widows and orphans, providing them with a guiding light. His Chessed, warmth and empathy knew no bounds.
He stood by thousands of orphaned children by their Bar / Bas Mitzvos, counseled their families through hardships, and watched with pride how they were set on the road to success.
Yitzchok is survived by his mother, his wife Rochel, 9 children, and siblings and inlaws.
The Levaya will pass by 770 at 7:45 am Sunday morning and continue to Eretz Yisroel.
