Rabbi Shalom Elmaleh, a longtime Shliach in Milan, Italy, passed away on Tuesday, 28 Sivan, 5781.
He was 74 years old.
Rabbi Elmaleh served as the spiritual leader of the Naar Israel congregation in Milan, Italy.
He would also travel around the world supervising the production of kosher wine and other foods.
He is survived by his wife Simy and their children, Dina Brawer – Boston, MA, Michael Elmaleh – Italy, Gad Elmaleh – Italy, Chava Kleinman – Haifa, Israel, Aryeh Elmaleh – Italy, Devorah Matuf – Lod, Israel and Esther Elmaleh – Italy, and grandchildren.
