Purim Party Brings Together School Families

Parents and staff of Oholei Yosef Yitzchok Lubavitch gathered to celebrate Purim with a beautiful Hakhel feast. The interactive program included Megilah reading, exchanging mishloach monos, a kids carnival with a raffle and fun prizes.

“We are so happy to gather together every Purim to bring our families together to celebrate this powerful Yom Tov of Purim.” says Mila Schneiderman, OYYL Director. “We are very grateful to have this opportunity to sit with our families, get to know them a little better, and share the simcha of Purim to foster a feeling of unity and a sense of belonging.”  

Mrs. Schneiderman continues, “A special Yashar Koyach to all the organizers for making such delicious homemade Purim seudah as well as planning and preparing so many little and big details to make the party the celebration of a lifetime!” Leah Goldshtein, OYYL Preschool Director shared, “The rally was really exciting with beautiful prizes, joyous music, and a Megillah reading that was so clear and a pleasure to hear. The event was thoughtfully set up which made the event a pleasure to be a part of!”

“Thank you to all OYYL staff and others involved behind the scenes who prepared a beautiful Purim party for kids and families; we really enjoyed it!” says Yakova Babinett, an OYYL Parent.
