Shluchos from around the world is in the midst of a two-day preschool directors retreat hosted by Chabad Early Childhood of the Shluchim Office in Boca Raton, Florida.

The program kicked off on Tuesday morning with a beautiful breakfast followed by a workshop on strength-based leadership with Mrs. Chanale Gourarie and a cutting-edge early childhood framework with Mrs. Yehudis Smith. After lunch, the Shluchos enjoyed an in-depth session with Coach Franny Rubio-Katz, delving into the practical skills of being a successful leader. 

To conclude the impactful day, the Shluchos were treated to a stunning, intimate dinner followed by a drum circle and inspiring Farbrengen with Mrs. Dinie Greenberg, Shlucha to Shanghai, China.
