Following the great success of last year’s Halikut program, Reb Yoel Kahn encourages all Bochurim to participate in this year’s program.

The Halikut program launched last year by Vaad Hatmmim, has developed a unique learning regimen where bochurim will learn a full Sefer of Likkutei Sichos by heart.
