A chassidishe farbrengen at 770 on Thursday night marked Chof Beis Shvat, the 36th yahrzeit of Rebbetzin Chaya Mushka, wife of the Rebbe.
Emceeing the farbrengen was Rabbi Shmuel Samuels, and speaking were Harav Yosef Braun, member of the Crown Heights Badatz, Rabbi Aron Moss, rabbi of the Nefesh Community in Sydney, Australia, and Rabbi Yitzchak Gruzman, shliach in Rishon L’tziyon.
A highlight of the farbrengen was two speakers who shared personal memories of the Rebbetzin. Rabbi Yehuda Clapman and R’ Noach Holtzman, both who merited to visit the Rebbetzin and have a close connection with her, shared their memories and personal encounters with the Rebbetzin.
After the official program concluded, many of the bochurim and anash remained and continued farbrenging in smaller groups throughout the night.
