Kolel Torah Panama is finishing its winter Zman on a spiritual high. The Talmidim Hashluchim prepared for 11 Nissan by adding in learning and getting tested on various tracks of learning:
Gemara “Gantz Baba Basra Project”: 5 Talmidim Hashluchim excelled on a 50 Daf (!) written test, prepared by Rosh Yeshiva Rabbi Menachem M Shuchat, reaching so far to daf 108 in the largest Masechet of Shas (!).
Halacha – Basar Bechalav: 8 Talmidim Hashluchim were tested by Harav Zalman Yeruslavsky from Eretz Yisroel.
Chassidus – Sugiyos: 5 Talmidim Hashluchim wrote exceptional essays and summaries on three fundamental Sugiyos in the Rebbe’s Torah, that were studied in yeshiva and prepared by Mashpia Sholom Shapiro.
The Zman ended with a group photo of the Talmidim Hashluchim and a special appreciation Dinner hosted by the Board of Directors: R’ Shmuel Dornbusch, R’ Yehoshua Dornbusch, R’ Dovid Bresler & R’ Meir Kamhaji. During the Dinner a special 6-month report was presented by the Shluchim, expressing their gratitude to the Hanhala and Board for their endless dedication to the success of the Kolel.
