Members of the Crown Heights community joined shluchim in celebrating as a new Torah was dedicated by Rabbi Abba and Rechy Paltiel in memory of their beloved parents a”h.

The Torah’s final letters were written at the Paltiel residence, followed by a joyous parade to the Kahal Chassidim Shul on Carroll Street, where festive hakafos took place.
