Ohel Cheder’s Father and Son Program Returns

The Cheder at the Ohel held their first Father and Son Learning and Farbrengen program of the season. Each student received their own Kuntres Eitz Hachayim of the Rebbe Rashab.

After many months of remote learning followed by summer vacation, the Cheder at the Ohel was delighted to start the school year in person. On Motzei Shabbos, Chof Cheshvan, the Cheder at the Ohel held their first Father and Son Learning and Farbrengen of this year.

The well attended event featured a lavish spread was sponsored by Kol Save Supermarket, coordinated by the Herz family. The Cheder’s PTA arranged a fun game show, raffles, and prizes, sponsored by anonymous and the Meishar family.

In honor of Chof Cheshvan, each student received their own Kuntres Eitz Hachayim from the Rebbe Rashab.

Rabbi Shmuel Gniwisch, principal of the Cheder, emceed the program with inspiring Chassidishe stories, and coordinated fathers and sons learning together.

The Cheder staff expressed thanks the PTA, Rabbi Gniwisch, and sponsors for making this evening so enjoyable and meaningful for the Cheder.
