New Yeshiva Year Begins at 770

After arriving from their quarantine campus in Connecticut, 200 bochurim quickly joined the hundreds learning in the 770 yeshiva to begin their new yeshiva year.

After arriving from their quarantine campus in Connecticut, the 200 kvutzah bochurim quickly joined the hundreds learning in the 770 yeshiva to begin their new yeshiva year.

Banners welcoming the bochurim was hung on two prominent locations on Kingston Avenue, expressing the warm hospitality Crown Heights is known for.

Kvutzah bochurim travel from Eretz Yisroel every year to spend a year learning in 770. This year, with concerns about the spread of coronavirus, the Igud Talmidei Hakvutzah organization was founded to provide a safe way to allow the kevutzah to happen. The organization arranged the quarantine, as well as COVID-19 tests for each bochur before coming to Crown Heights.
