Chabad of Oregon is bringing a summer Yeshiva to Seaside Oregon, set on the magnificent Coast of the Pacific Ocean, for a two-week period during the auspicious time between the 15th of Av and Rosh Chodesh Elul.
Chabad of Oregon is bringing a summer Yeshiva to Seaside Oregon, set on the magnificent Coast of the Pacific Ocean, for a two-week period during the auspicious time between the 15th of Av and Rosh Chodesh Elul.
At the initiative of Rabbi Moshe Wilhelm, a group of students from Yeshiva Tiferes Bachurim will be learning and spreading the light of Torah and Chasidus, establishing the roots for a Chabad presence on this section of the West Coast.
Rabbi Yaakov Wagner will be directing the program, giving classes and overseeing the daily schedule. There will be daily minyanim, classes and outreach activities.
Exciting topics will get tackled with in-depth analysis in shiurim and chavrusa learning, as new neighborhoods will be explored igniting neshamos and awakening Jewish pride. Shabbosim will be lively with kidushim and farbrengens, as Seaside Oregon is infused with authentic Chassidishe chayus.
Married couples and even families can also take advantage of the stunning nature with the accommodation of the Jewish services that will be there, staying at one of the nearby hotels while participating in the davening or learning and benefiting from the kosher meals.
