New Shluchim to Forsyth County, Georgia

Rabbi Mendel and Rivkah Ehrenreich have been appointed to direct all youth-related programming for Chabad Forsyth and Congregation Beth Israel in North Georgia.

Rabbi Mendel and Rivkah Ehrenreich have been appointed to direct all youth-related programming for Chabad Forsyth and Congregation Beth Israel in North Georgia.

The Ehrenreich’s position will include directing the JUDA Hebrew School, Camp Gan Israel, and serving as Rabbi & Rebbetzin to Young CBI.

Rabbi Mendel and Rivkah were appointed by Rabbi Levi and Chaish Mentz on behalf of Chabad Forsyth and Congregation Beth Israel.

“Our mission is to touch every soul with unconditional love and acceptance. Our youth is the next generation. This role is so vital towards building our strong and vibrant future. Our youth deserve the best and Thank G-d we got it! We are thrilled to have the great talent of Rabbi & Rebbetzin Ehrenreich joining our North Georgia Jewish community!” Rabbi Mentz said.

Rabbi Mendel is from Nyack, New York. He studied at Yeshivas in Chicago, Manchester, and Jerusalem, and has been involved with Jewish outreach in places as far as Sydney and Dubai. Rabbi Mendel loves to meet new people and give them the tools and warmth to explore their Yiddishkeit.

Rivkah was born and raised in Santa Cruz, California, and has been involved with work at Chabad centers nationwide. She is experienced in Hebrew School, teen programming and Interactive Holiday Events. Rivkah loves cooking and bringing people together over a delicious Shabbat spread!

Rabbi Mendel and Rivkah, together with their daughter Menucha are thrilled to be moving to North Georgia and embark on their mission of Shlichus.
