Chabad of Flagstaff has just announced an exciting new addition to their team of staff. The new couple will be joining Rabbi Dovie & Chaya Shapiro in expanding and enhancing the ever-growing programs and activities at Chabad.

Chabad of Flagstaff serves local Jewish families, students at NAU, as well as the multitudes of Jewish tourists visiting the Grand Canyon. Chabad’s motto is “Joy Community Growth.” In 2019, Chabad grew exponentially with the opening of the Molly Blank Jewish Community Center, a 2.2-acre campus with a stunning new building.

The hiring of Rabbi Shneur and Esther will tremendously accelerate this growth spiral with the expansion of Chabad at NAU and the establishment of a Flagstaff Jewish Preschool. They will also direct Chabad’s Camp Canyon, a Jewish outdoor adventure camp, and Hebrew School of the Arts.
