Rabbi Meir Shlomo and Etty Gordon (nee Misholovin) and their 2 children will be moving out on Shlichus to Paso Robles, California to serve the needs of the growing Jewish community.

Paso Robles is located halfway between S. Francisco and Los Angeles, in S. Luis Obispo County. Surrounded by scenic rolling hills and California’s premier wine regions, it is only miles from the beautiful coast of central California.

Encouraged by their visits to the area, the Gordon’s are excited to open a Chabad Center in the North County and bring the Jewish community together. They will offer a wide range of classes and events for all ages, and infuse the area with Jewish vitality, pride and enthusiasm.

Many of the Jewish people living in Paso Robles migrated from bigger cities such as New York, Philadelphia, Los Angeles and San Francisco. Whilst they’re enjoying the physical beauties of the place, they’re yearning for the spiritual beauties they left behind.

“Having visited the area and met tens of families who are excited about our move, we are looking forward to opening a Chabad Center in the North County and complement its physical beauty with the spiritual beauty of Torah and Yiddishkeit,” Rabbi Gordon says.

You can be a partner in everything the new shluchim do to benefit the residents of Paso Robles by contributing to their campaign today.
