New Shluchim to Austrian Tourist Destination

Rabbi Menachem and Chanie (nee Gorelik) Gruzman have recently been appointed as Shluchim to the city of Salzburg, Austria, one of Europe’s chief tourist resorts and an internationa conference center.

Rabbi Menachem and Chanie (nee Gorelik) Gruzman have recently been appointed as the new Shluchim to the city of Salzburg, Austria.

Situated on the border of Austria and Germany with views of the Eastern Alps, Salzburg is known as one of Europe’s chief tourist resorts as well as an international conference center.

The new shluchim will serve the existing Jewish community as well as the thousands of tourists and business leaders visiting the city around the year.

An Austrian native, Rabbi Menachem Gruzman was raised on shlichus in Vienna, and Chanie Gruzman was raised in Moscow, Russia where her parents serve as shluchim.

The Gruzman’s will be joining the growing team of Shluchim in Austria under the leadership of Rabbi Yaakov Biderman, director of Chabad-Lubavitch in Austria.
