In honor of Hey Teves, and the siyum of the Rambam’s Sefer Avodah, Rabbi Yossi Lipskier released an additional installment of his upcoming work summarizing all the Rebbe’s Torah on the Rambam.
Today, on Hey Teves, those studying 3 Perakim Rambam conclude Sefer Avodah and begin Sefer Korbanos.
Rabbi Yossi Lipskier, author of the upcoming Sefer Otzar Hamelech, which will collect all of the Rebbe’s Torah on Rambam, is happy to release another installment of his work, 40 pages summarizing some 150 biurim on Sefer Korbanos.
Some of the highlights in this Sefer include: Sichos discussing the definition of a katan in Halacha (Korban Pesach 5:7; Shegagos 9:3), Sichos relating to Hakhel (Chagigah 3), and the explanations on the final Halacha of this Sefer (Temurah 4:13), where the Rambam tells us that the purpose of all of Torah is “לתקן הדעות”, a phrase the Rebbe mentioned hundreds of times while discussing the daily Rambam.
