According to initial reports, there are at least 7 victims spread across multiple locations in the area, and one of the IED’s may have exploded.
According to multiple law enforcement sources briefed on the investigation, preliminary information indicated a suspect fled wearing a construction vest and a gas mask.
Photos from the scene showed people tending to bloodied passengers lying on the floor of the station.
Update: The FDNY says 13 people have been transported to area hospitals.
