Mrs. Sarah Siroka of Bnei Brak, an educator from Bnei Brak who was the daughter of R’ Mendel Brook a”h, passed away. Her siblings include Rabbis Chaim Shaul and Shmuel Brook of Crown Heights.

Mrs. Sarah Siroka of Bnei Brak, a longtime educator from Bnei Brak, passed away in Eretz Yisroel on Monday night, 9 Iyar, 5782.

Mrs. Siroka was the daughter of R’ Mendel Brook, son of the renowned mashpia R’ Chaim Shaul Brook, who helped build the Chabad community in Rishon Letzion.

Following her marriage to R’ Chaim Yaakov Siroka, they lived in Bnei Brak, where her husband, a Biala chossid, served as a melamed until his passing, and where she served as an educator for may years.

She is survived by her 11 children, and by her siblings Rabbi Levi Brook – Yerushalayim; Rabbi Yosef Brook – Sderot; Rabbi Shmuel Brook – Crown Heights; Rabbi Chaim Shaul Brook – Crown Heights; Mrs. Leah Noishtat – Bnei Brak; Mrs. Tzivia Lishner – Kfar Chabad; and Mrs. Rivka Rivkin – Kfar Chabad.

She was predeceased by her husband, and by siblings Mrs. Yocheved Wilhelm of London, and Rabbi Avrohom Aharon (Ahre’le) Brook, of Lakewood, NJ.

The levaya will take place on Tuesday in Bnei Brak, beginning at her house Noam Elimelech 10/ב, with kevura in the Vitznitz Beis Hachayim in Bnei Brak.
