Bochurim in Yeshiva in Moscow held a Kinus Hashluchim of their own, replete with special sessions, a grand banquet, group photo, and unforgettable farbrengens.

The Kinus Hashluchim at the yeshiva began on Friday afternoon in full earnest. In preparation for Shabbos, all the Bochurim learned the kuntres Shlach Na b’Yad Tishloch, that the Rebbe said in honor of the Kinus Hashluchim of 5752.

On Shabbos afternoon there was an uplifting farbrengen with the Rosh Yeshiva Rabbi Moshe Lerman and mashpia Rabbi Shalom Dover Sheingarten who spoke of the role of a Yeshiva student.

On Motzei Shabbos, they held a grand banquet melava malka which lasted for over 8 hours. Shluchim from across the globe spoke in pre-recorded addresses, including Chief Rabbi of Russia Rabbi Berel Lazar, Rabbi Aryeh Eidelkop of Montenegro, Rabbi Avraham Bekerman of Moscow, Rabbi Yosef Solomon of Bulgaria, Rabbi Moshe Moskowitz of Charkov, Ukraine, Rabbi Shmuel Stolin of Rostov, Rabbi Shlomo Wilhelm, of Zhitomir, Ukraine, and Rabbi Mordechai Avraham Weisberg of Moscow.

The keynote address on the theme of the shlichus of a Tomim was given by Rabbi Zushe Garelick whose main speech slowly morphed into a farbrengen lasting until the early hours of the morning.
