Shluchim to the Yeshivah College in Melbourne hosted a Hakhel learning evening as a Hachana for Yud Alef Nissan, with students from the Yeshivah College, Mesivta Melbourne as well as Cheder Levi Yitzchok in attendance.
This past Thursday night, the Shluchim to the Yeshivah College in Melbourne hosted a Hakhel learning evening as a Hachana for Yud Alef Nissan, with students from the Yeshivah College, Mesivta Melbourne as well as Cheder Levi Yitzchok in attendance.
This evening followed a similar session hosted two weeks earlier by the Shluchim to the Yeshivah Gedolah, which gathered students from the above Mosdos to learn together with the Yeshivah Gedolah bochurim for a unique Yeshivah Leil Shishi experience.
On both occasions, a special curriculum was prepared, focusing on the unique Hiskashrus between a Rebbe and Chassidim, and a short video of the Rebbe was played.
At this past event, after the learning and the video, the students were addressed by Rabbi Menachem Lipskier, director of Chabad Youth. The attendees were then treated to a special barbecue dinner, and a raffle was held between all participants.
