Meir Likhovetski, a Lubavitcher bochur from Toronto who was spending the year on shlichus in Mason, Ohio, was killed in a horrific car accident on Monday, while traveling back to his makom hashlichus from learning at the Cincinnati Yeshiva.

Meir Likhovetski, a Lubavitcher bochur from Toronto who was spending the year on shlichus in Mason, Ohio, was killed in a horrific car accident on Monday, 5 Adar II, 5782.
He was 19 years old.
Meir was spending the year on shlichus in Mason, Ohio, helping the shliach out with CTeen programs. He would travel every day to the Cincinnati Yeshiva to spend time learning Torah.
Friends remember him as a bochur who gave his heart and soul to the Rebbe’s inyanim, from kovetz ha’oros, to learning Likkutei Sichos, to helping create the Igros app, always looking for ways to make it easier and more accessible to learn the Rebbe’s Torah.
On Monday, Meir was traveling from Cincinnati back to his makom hashlichus, when a he was involved in a horrific accident. Tragically, he lost his life.
He is survived by his parents R’ Mordechai and Olga Likhovetski of Toronto, and siblings.
The Levaya will be taking place Wednesday in Toronto. Passing by Yeshiva at 10:45, and12:00 at Bnei Torah.
