Throughout the night and day of Purim, Bochurim traversed Manhattan on foot and in mitzvah tanks offering non-stop Megillah readings, Tefillin, and Shalach Manos package.
The Bochurim offered Jewish passersby the opportunity to hear megillah on the spot, a chance to put on Tefillin, or to just take a Shalach Manos package.
Mitzvah Tanks were in operation throughout the 24 hours of Purim. They clocked close to 150 Megillah readings, hundreds of Tefillin and 5,000 Shalach Manos packages deliveries.
