On Tuesday, Anash of Stamford Hill gathered in Lubavitch House for a farbrengen in honor of Yud Beis Tammuz, celebrating the Frierdiker Rebbe’s birthday and chag hageulah.
The farbrengen was addressed by Rabbi Hershel Rader, rabbi of the Brighton and Hove community, who discussed the topic of “The Struggle for Inclusive Yiddishkeit”. A highlight was when Rabbi Rader read a letter that the Rebbe had sent to his parents about the message of Yud Beis Tammuz.
In attendance were Rabbi Yitzchok (IH) Sufrin, senior Shliach and administrator of Lubavitch House institutions and Dayan Levi Yitzchok Raskin, Rov of the Lubavitch community in London.
A seudah was sponsored by R’ Itzik Lider and family.
The farbrengen continued until the early hours of the morning with Rabbi Binyomin Scheiman, Shliach in Chicago.
