“For those celebrating 19 Kislev at home we encourage you to create a chassidishe Yom Tov atmosphere, with Shabbos clothing, lighting candles and serving a complete seudas Yom Tov, including customary kasha (buckwheat) and l’chaim. We encourage you to include your children and make the atmosphere one of celebration and true simchas Yom Tov,” they said.
