Rabbi Moscowitz served as the Head Shliach and regional director of Chabad of Illinois for decades before his sudden passing in 5774.
Addressing the evening will be family, friends, and students from Illinois and around the USA. The event will be broadcast live on www.ChabadIllinois.com/RabbiMoscowitz and on Anash.org.
