R’ Moshe is survived by his wife Elena and children Sara, Avraham Chaim, and Menachem. He is also survived by his mother Yehudis Dubinsky and sisters Tanya Dubinskaya of Flatbush and Chana Portnoy of Fairlawn, NJ.
