As Young Shluchim around the world count down the final days until the Kinus Tzeirei Hashluchim, the Shluchim Office releases this year’s brand new Hakhel themed Kinus song.
With the Kinus Tzeirei Hashluchim quickly approaching, Young Shluchim are excitedly getting ready for the action packed weekend ahead. Throughout this past week, they have had the opportunity to learn and get involved in the Hachana program, an interactive preparation for the inspiring Kinus approaching.
A record number of over 2,000 Young Shluchim in both virtual and in person tracks have been participating in the program which features Sichos, exciting games, stories and missions. The Hachana booklet is still available for download at YoungShluchim.org/Hachana, with the opportunity to fill out a daily report and enter to win amazing prizes.
The annual, much anticipated Kinus song was just released, an upbeat track which perfectly encapsulates the theme of Kinus highlighting the uniqueness of the Hakhel year.
Under the lyrics below you can find the songs from previous years. You can also find the Kinus songs on Spotify and iTunes.
The Greatest Gathering!
T.T.T.O הנני מביא אותם
The time of year has come
From far and near we gather
Shluchim all as one
A global family
The Kinus is beginning
We’re coming to our מלך
A special year, so fitting
Recharge in unity
With the Rebbe we are here
כולנו כאחד
Celebrate this הקהל year
Each and every one
Growing stronger as we stand
By our מלך hand in hand
Taking to our hearts his call
Made to one and all…
(Second time around: Leaving here we’ll heed his call
Made to one and all…)
CHORUS:
Aha aha…
הקהל הקהל את העם!
Gather each and every one!
אנשים וטף
No-one is too small
Aha aha…
At every gathering
I too am like a king
I am a שליח
Standing proud and tall!
