The Kinus Tzeirei Hashluchim of the Shluchim Office concluded on Sunday evening with a grand banquet, a celebration culminating three packed days of inspiration, fun and Chassidishkeit.

With a record number of Young Shluchim joining in person and thousands more tuning in live from across the world, the energy of over 2,000 Shluchim was palpable throughout the night. The boys joining on Zoom were seen live on the main screen during the entire program, participating, dancing and waving their Kinus flags.

The program was MC’d by head counselor Mendel Denburg from Coral Springs, FL and began with a beautiful video of the Rebbe. The Rebbe’s Kapital was recited by a Young Shliach who celebrated his Bar Mitzvah on Sunday, Mendel Perlstein from Chattanooga, TN and the Rebbetzin’s Kapital by Shmuly Konikov from Satellite Beach, FL.

Surprise guest singers Eli Marcus and Benny Friedman took the stage, singing Kinus hits and beautiful Niggunim joined together by all the Young Shluchim. After getting to tour through and see all the participants on Zoom throughout the world, the boys watched an inspiring video, capturing the theme of the night and heard a special story told by master storyteller Yitzy Erps.

After reciting the 12 Pesukim, Shimshon Tzvi Resnick from Pleasanton, CA addressed his fellow Young Shluchim with words of inspiration. An exciting roll call was done by head counselor Berel Faiden from Morristown, NJ before a raffle drawing for amazing prizes with head counselor Yossi Spalter from Weston, FL. Young Shliach Chaim Alevsky from Cleveland, OH won the grand raffle, a full scholarship to the Tzeirei Hashluchim Winter Camp in Lake Worth, FL.

“After not being physically together last year, the energy and Chayus felt during this year’s unprecedented banquet was truly like never before,” shared director Rabbi Berel Bendet. “Having the unique opportunity for both in-person and virtual tracks to join together for this amazing event was an absolutely powerful experience.”
