A Kinus Torah will take place today in Crown Heights to mark the birthday of Harav Levi Yitzchok Schneerson, followed by a farbrengen.
A Kinus Torah will take place Sunday evening in Crown Heights to mark the birthday of Harav Levi Yitzchok Schneerson, the Rebbe’s father.
The Kinus Torah will take place at Kollel Menachem, 1483 Union Street, beginning with Mincha at 7:15.
Following Mincha, there will be a shiur by Rabbi Nachman Schapiro, mashpia in Oholei Torah, on the theme of the yomtov of Pesach.
The second shiur will be by Rabbi Berel Levine, Chief Librarian of the Chabad Library, who will talk about eating chametz during the time of tosefes tomtov.
The final shiur will be given by Rabbi Dovid Dubov, on the Torah of the Rebbe’s father.
Followed by Maariv at 8:30.
The Kinus will be followed by a farbrengen marking 18 Nissan, the birthday of R’ Levi Yitzchok Schneerson, the Rebbe’s father, and the day of the Rebbe’s Bris.
