In preparation for Yud Alef Nissan, Cheder Menachem of Kingston, PA began an exciting challenge focusing on mishnayos and Tanya ba’al peh. Earlier this week, the girl’s division traveled to New York in honor of Chof Bais Shevat.

In honor of the Rebbe’s birthday Yud Alef Nissan, Cheder Menachem of Kingston, PA announced a new project for its student, an exciting challenge focusing on mishnayos and Tanya ba’al peh and Yedios Klalios.

Over the past year, Cheder Menachem of Kingston has advanced all curricula, encouraging each student to challenge themselves even more to reach their fullest potential. In addition to the mishnayos and Tanya ba’al peh challenge, the students also enjoy extra incentives and programs, participating in additional programs such as Tzivos Hashem, the Chidon, and chassidishe events.

In the last week, the girl’s division of Cheder Menachem traveled to New York in honor of Chof Bais Shevat, where they visited the Rebbe’s Ohel and had the opportunity to daven in the Rebbe’s house on President Street.

Already brimming at capacity with 208 students, the cheder is the only Chabad school in the area that meets the needs of children from infancy through 8th grade. With its warm, chassidishe environment, the cheder has succeeded in giving every child personal, individualized attention, so that each student feels special and valued by their teachers.

“The teachers are always available to answer any questions I have about my children,” shares Zalman, a parent of the Cheder. “Not only are my children getting a great education, but I know that they are seen and empowered to be the best they can be.”
