Traffic on Kingston Avenue in Crown Heights was halted for a number of hours on Sunday after a group of teens crashed a stolen car and then fled from the scene.

No injuries were reported.

The group of teens were not from the Crown Heights Jewish community. After crashing the car and damaging a number of other cars, they fled the scene. It is unknown if they were arrested.

The crash closed Crown Height’s main thoroughfare for a large part of the afternoon, as the police recorded the details of the crime and the stolen vehicle.
