Live: Jewish Women Worldwide Unite in Support of Jews in Ukraine

Join live at 1:00 PM EST: The war in Ukraine has escalated quickly leaving us worried from afar for our Jewish brethren in distress. Women – Shluchos, Nshei Chabad and Mekurovos – worldwide are uniting in an inspirational program with Torah, Tefilla, and Tzedaka.

Alarming scenes out of Ukraine have filled our phones, computers and magazines for over a week. Thousands of miles away, it’s easy to feel helpless. But, YOU can help! Join women worldwide on an international zoom in support of our brothers and sisters at risk.

Wednesday at 1:00 PM EST, the Zoom will unite Jewish women all over the world in Torah learning and Prayer in light of the situation in Ukraine. A shlucha currently in Ukraine will also share first-hand experiences and updates from the frontlines.

The Zoom is part of a larger campaign launched by Merkos 302 to unite Jews worldwide in support of our brothers and sisters under the serious dangers of the war in Europe. In uncertain and perilous times, we turn to the Torah and our Rebbe for guidance. Accordingly, the campaign focuses on strengthening the three pillars upon which the world stands, Torah learning, Avoda, i.e Tefillah and Gemilus Chassadim-Tzedaka.

“To bring Yidden together at a time like this, with true achdus – through Torah Tefillah and Tzedakah, is the most powerful tool at our disposal,” explained Rabbi Moshe Kotlarsky, Vice chairman of Merkos L’inyonei Chinuch. “Our brothers and sisters in Ukraine are in terrible danger. The Nashim Tzidkanios have always led the charge, instilling their families with genuine emunah and bitachon. We turn to them once again!”
