Japanese Shechita Knives Showcased in Nachla

Renowned Shochet Rabbi Eliyahu Ezagui brought his revolutionary Shechita knife to be inspected by the Rov of Nachlas Har Chabad, Rabbi Yitzchak Yehuda Yaroslavsky, and his son Rabbi Shneur Zalman Yaroslavsky, Rov of the Chabad community in Elad.

On a recent visit, renowned Shochet Rabbi Eliyahu Ezagui presented his revolutionary Shechita knife to the Mara D’Asra of Nachlas Har Chabad, Rabbi Yitzchak Yehuda Yaroslavsky.

In the Beis Hora’ah, Beis Moshe Ze’ev, Shochet Eliyahu Ezagui discussed practical halachic issues related to shechita and showcased his custom-made knife produced in Japan. The knife was produced after he had been shechting around the world, including in the most exotic locations around the world including Jamaica, Belize, Nicaragua, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Cuba, Peru, Chile, and India in his effort to help communities across the word obtain kosher meat.

Both Rabbi Yaroslavsky together with his son Rabbi Shneur Zalman Yaroslavsky, who is Rov of the Chabad community in Elad, inspected these special Shechita knives and were impressed with the quality and precision the knives were produced, ensuring a kosher Shechita.

These Japanese knives, which have been checked and approved by veteran Lubavitcher shochtim and numerous rabbonim, also feature a unique grip handle and are easy to sharpen, making it easier for beginners learning Hilchos Shechita to learn and practice with.

For any more information or to order, Rabbi Ezagui can be contacted at 1-856-336-5798, via call or WhatsApp.

The knife comes together with a handmade leather case and is being sold for the discounted price of $120.
