Among those speaking were Rabbi Moscowitz’s sons, Dr. Ira Weiss, Rabbi Efraim Mintz, Rabbi Menachem Gerlitzky, Rabbi Baruch Hertz, Rabbi Yisroel Deren, and many others.
Rabbi Moscowitz served as the Head Shliach and regional director of Chabad of Illinois for decades before his sudden passing in 5774.
