Hundreds of Crown Heights locals, bochurim, guests and girls have already used the new Ohel bus service, which was recently launched by a group of Crown Heights activists.
The new bus service, which is addition to the daily Ohel bus at 10:30 AM, was started with the goal of making the trip feasible for Crown Heights families, and others with young children or long work hours.
“The times of the new bus service were arranged specifically with Crown Heights families in mind,” organizers told Anash.org. ” Many of the families have children and are unable to make it at the other times offered.”
All are welcome to utilize the buses which runs on Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons and Thursdays mornings, to allow those with different schedule to each have a time that works for them.
The buses wait by the Ohel for approximately 45 minutes and return just after 2 hours after leaving. The price is subsidized, and is only be $5 per person for the round trip.
“We are open for feedback and would like to hear from families what would be most convenient for them to allow the maximum number of families to utilize the service,” organizers said.

Leaving from Kingston: 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM
Leaving from the Ohel: 6:45 PM and 9:45 PM
Wednesday:
Leaving from Kingston: 7:00 PM and 9:45 PM
Leaving from the Ohel: 8:45 PM and 11:30 PM
Thursday Morning:
Leaving from Kingston: 5:30 AM
Leaving from the Ohel: 7:45 AM
