A meaningful and uplifting evening of inspiration was held by the Anash community of Houston, Texas, in honor of the first yahrzeit of Dr. Irving Fishman a”h and in honor of Gimmel Tammuz. An inspiring farbrengen was led by Rabbi Mendel Kaplan of Toronto.

A meaningful and uplifting evening of inspiration was held by the Anash community of Houston, Texas, in honor of the first yahrzeit of Dr. Irving Fishman a”h – R’ Yehoshua Elchonon ben R’ Yosef Mordechai – and in honor of Gimmel Tammuz.

The gathering featured noted speaker Rabbi Mendel Kaplan, shliach and rov in Toronto, Canada, who delivered a moving address. Drawing from Chassidus and personal stories, Rabbi Kaplan reflected on the Rebbe’s ongoing influence in the lives of chassidim and the world at large. Following the formal program, the men remained for a lively farbrengen that continued late into the night.
