Young Shluchim are counting down the days until Machane Berel Tzeirei Hashluchim Winter Camp in Lake Worth, FL which is just a few weeks away. The Shluchim Office now announces the head counselors for the boys division.

Every year, Young Shluchim look forward to the Winter Camp, a 10 day experience where they get to spend quality time with friends like them in a fun and Chassidishe environment. Following a year of uncertainty and missed social opportunities, this year’s camp has added significance.
“Mendel had a very good experience, he needed an immersive chassidishe social environment and that’s what he got! I was especially impressed with the communication to parents and the quality of the staff,” shared Mrs. Rishi Hein, Shlucha to Pittsford, New York. “Mendel’s counselor was very helpful, supportive and understanding. I think this made all the difference for him and we deeply appreciate that. This is such a valuable service for so many kids who don’t have this the rest of the year.”

The head counselors for the boys camp are Mendel Banon from Montreal, Canada, Sholom Kalmenson from Brooklyn, NY, and Levi Schtrocks from Morristwon, NJ. They have been hard at work planning an incredible program for the Young Shluchim under camp director Rabbi Berel Bendet.

Following Covid guidelines of health professionals, camp will take place from 11 Shevat / January 24 until 20 Shevat / February 2. For more information, visit youngshluchim.org or email [email protected].
