The Kriah Academy course starting this Sunday for men and the following Sunday for women has earned the praise of Crown Heights principals and a special endorsement by Harav Yosef Heller.
“The Kriah Academy,” an all-new Kriah course is set to start in just a few days, and momentum is building up. The course will begin with an all-day intensive – Sunday 17 Av for men and Sunday 24 Av for women – followed by monthly sessions over the course of a year.
The groundbreaking Kriah course will provide new and experienced teachers with the tools and confidence for teaching Kriah effectively and reaching every child.
The course has earned the praise of Crown Heights principals Rabbi Hershel Lustig, Rabbi Mendel Blau, Rabbi Meir Shimshoni of Oholei Torah, and Rabbi Yosef Simpson of United Lubavitcher Yeshiva Crown St.
In a glowing letter of recommendation, Harav Yosef Heller of Crown Heights praises the new course:
“I have seen the lessons for teachers in the methodology of teaching Kriah prepared by Rabbi Avrohom Schtroks, including sources from our Rebbeim on teaching Kriah according to the Mesorah, explaining the methodology in a practical and pleasant manner so that all children can learn to read to their full potential, as well as the history of teaching Kriah…”
A few more spots are available in both courses.
