Join live at 2:30 PM ET: An uplifting and moving live farbrengen will be held in honor of Yud Shvat with senior Jewish leaders, influential rabbis and public figures, who will share their unique perspectives and personal experience with the Rebbe.
An uplifting and moving live farbrengen will be held on Thursday in honor of Yud Shvat, the 70th anniversary of the Rebbe accepting the leadership of Chabad Lubavitch.
The farbrengen will feature senior Jewish leaders, influential rabbis and public figures, who will share their unique perspectives and personal experience with the Rebbe.
The guest of honor will be Israel Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, who will share fascinating and personal reflections of his meetings and talks with the Rebbe.
Other speakers will include Russia’s Chief Rabbi Berel Lazar, Tel Aviv Chief Rabbi Yisroel Meir Lau, Jerusalem Chief Rabbi Shlomo Moshe Amar, Chairman of the Merkos Leyonei Chinuch Rabbi Moshe Kotlarsky, world-renowned scholar and orator Rabbi Y.Y. Jacobson, Member of Beis Din Rabbonei Chabad of Eretz Yisroel Rabbi M.M. Gluckowsky, and Mayor of Jerusalem Mr. Moshe Leon.
Singers and musicians Eli Marcus, Achiah Hacohen, Davidi Nachshon and Michael Azulai will infuse the farbrengen with heartfelt niggunim and uplifting melodies.
The farbrengen’s organizers say that the purpose is to unite with thousands across the globe to be re-energized by the Rebbes vision and revolution which the Rebbe began 70 years ago. This mission the Rebbe entrusted us beats in our hearts and carries us from darkness to light.
